1955 Ford Thunderbird Convertible - First Year of the Thunderbird! Made by Ford to Compete with the Corvette!292ci V8 with a three Speed Manual transmission with overdrive (on the dash)Engine Runs Great, Transmission and Clutch Work GreatCar has power steering and a power seat, optional side window wind deflectors (for when you put the top down) Wire Wheels - Shiny and good condition but not perfect Straight Rust Free Body, Car has Fender Skirts (in the trunk haven' t been put on)Car was painted with a base coat/clearcoat approximately a year ago. Convertible top is fair to good condition, the top goes up and down good with no rips or tears but not perfect, No hardtop. Glass is good and the chrome is good too (no pitting, shines nice)Seats are excellent condition and are comfortable with no rips or tears Car as a whole is good driver condition, looks good inside and out. Mechanically this car runs like a top and I wouldnt hesitate to hop in it and drive cross country right now.
